Terms & Conditions – A Transfer Ltd

 

 

1. Booking & Payment

 

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
  • Payments are taken in advance to secure your journey date and vehicle.

 

 

2. Promotional Offers

 

  • Promotional offers or discounted rates are only valid during the stated promotion period and are subject to availability.
  • Journeys booked using a promotional rate must be paid in full at the time of booking.

 

 

3. Non-Refundable Payments

 

  • Payments made for journeys under promotional pricing are strictly non-refundable.
  • In the event of cancellation by the customer, no refunds will be issued regardless of notice period.
  • This applies to all journeys paid in advance as part of a promotional sale.

 

 

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

 

  • We may allow one amendment or rescheduling of your journey if notified at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Amendments are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

5. Cancellations by A Transfer Ltd

 

  • In the rare case that we must cancel a journey due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. vehicle breakdown, extreme weather), we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.

 

 

6. Passenger Responsibility

 

  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to be ready at the agreed time and pickup location.
  • Delays caused by the passenger may affect the schedule and are non-refundable.
